Rolled pearls from a garden at 1,400 m in the clouds of Alishan, Taiwan, lightly oxidised. Orchid, fresh butter and a long, sweet finish; the leaves open cup after cup. Partial oxidation. Steep 5 g in 150 ml at 95 °C, 1 min, then longer.
