The spring harvest of the Castleton garden, plucked in March at 1,500 m in the Himalayan foothills. Muscat grape, white flowers and almond in a golden amber cup. Lightly oxidised. Steep 2.5 g in 200 ml at 85 °C for 3 min; two infusions.
